Welcome to your perfect family getaway along the serene banks of the Hopkins river! As you step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by a cozy second lounge room, complete with plush bean bags, a smart TV, and a creative children’s building station. Take a moment to explore the bookshelf, where you might just find that perfect book to enjoy during your stay.
Moving further into the open living area, you’ll discover a spacious and inviting space. Here, a comfortable lounge with another smart TV awaits, along with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. The panoramic vista of the Hopkins river creates a backdrop that’s both breathtaking and calming.
For your accommodation, all bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. Downstairs, a queen room boasts an ensuite featuring a shower, basin, and toilet, while the second room offers a cozy double bed. Upstairs, two more bedrooms beckon, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. A well-appointed bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, and basin is complemented by a separate toilet.

Guest access
The driveway is a shared space and must be kept clear, there is a parking space in front of the surf board for guests and just beside the house to the left. The garage and gym room are private property so please keep away from these areas.
The large off lead dog park is located just in front of us, enjoy this wide open space and walk to the Hopkins River.
Other things to note
The top floor – King bed room and queen bed room, bathroom with a spa bath and open shower and a seperate toilet.
Ground floor – Queen bed room with an ensuite, 2 living rooms, dining and kitchen, seperate toilet and double bed room.
